The Innovation Centre is available to knowledge-based organisations with high-growth potential that are undertaking research and development.

Current tenants operate within the biosciences, environmental, ICT and advanced manufacturing sectors. They come from both public and private sector and range from start-up to mature businesses

University approval is required for prospective tenants. There is a simple application procedure where prospective tenants briefly detail their organisation, the nature of its business, its research and development activities, and potential synergies with the University.
