The Innovation Centre, situated at the heart of the beautiful University of Exeter campus, provides a home to knowledge based organisations undertaking research and development.
The Innovation Centre is the culmination of a £10 million project, with the completion of the Phase II flagship building in 2008, to provide a vibrant community of high-growth-potential, knowledge-based, businesses.
Across our 2 buildings, Phases I and II, we provide over 37,000 square feet (3,475 square metres) of offices and laboratories. However, we do not just provide heat, light and dial tone. We meet the diverse needs of our clients by providing a supportive, creative and professional environment. Through innovation, we can enable ambitious organisations to innovate and thrive. Peninsula Innovations Limited has managed the Innovation Centre since September 2007 on behalf of the University of Exeter and other stakeholder partners.
The Centre is the second stage towards a Science Park for Exeter.
