The Innovation Centre provides an easy access business and technology support services for its clients. Professional business support officers engage with clients in a structured process to:

• Understand and define the particular development needs of each company,
• Agree with them a realistic action plan, and
• Assist in its implementation.

Such diagnosis, information and brokerage services focus, in particular, upon marketing, intellectual property, research and development, business processes, finance, and human resources. There are regular events, networking opportunities, and structured business acceleration programmes. To enable clients to realise and implement business solutions.

The Innovation Centre provides a gateway to the facilities, services, knowledge and expertise available from the University of Exeter, one of the UK’s top-20 universities. We work closely with the University’s Research and Enterprise Services to assist clients, where necessary, with:

• Prototyping
• Student and Graduate projects
• Recruitment
• Knowledge transfer

Clients can also access the professional and technical knowledge base of the South West of England, nationally and internationally through our stakeholders and networks.
